- Deposit & confirmation — 40% deposit secures the date and kicks off sourcing
- Install day — our team arrives 2–6 hours before guest arrival, installs, stages, and stays through the event if required for touch-ups
- Breakdown — we handle breakdown same-night or next-morning as the venue permits
