Scope of Hotel Florist Work
Permanent lobby displays
The floral arrangement in the hotel lobby that guests see on arrival. Usually refreshed weekly or fortnightly.

Typical structure of our hotel engagements:
Monthly retainer + event billing
- Monthly retainer covers the recurring lobby and public space florals at agreed cadence
- Event billing separate — wedding, gala, activation florals quoted per event
- Seasonal add-ons (CNY, Christmas) scoped bespoke
Typical retainer ranges: S$3,500–S$15,000/month depending on hotel scale and coverage areas.
Exclusive vs. open arrangements
- Exclusive — we are the hotel’s sole florist; hotel refers all floral enquiries to us; we get first right of refusal on events
- Open — we handle specific scope (e.g. lobby only) while other florists work events
- Preferred vendor — we’re on the hotel’s list of recommended florists for weddings + events
Most of our hotel partnerships are exclusive for recurring scope, open for events.
Install and breakdown cadence
- Weekly or fortnightly install for recurring lobby work — day/time agreed with hotel ops
- Event installs coordinated with banquet and venue teams — typically 4–8 hours before guest arrival
- Breakdown varies — same-night for events, alongside next refresh for lobby
