HerFlowers by Ohannas Atelier runs a managed office flower subscription service across Singapore — fresh arrangements delivered on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly cadence, with vessels, setup, and previous-week pickup included.

How the Subscription Works

1. Initial site visit — we come to your office, walk the space, and propose a rotation plan. Reception desk, meeting rooms, lounges, executive floor, communal kitchen — we tailor arrangement scale and placement to each.
2. Standing schedule — your delivery day (Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday preferred for freshness) is locked in for the subscription term.
3. Delivery & setup — our team arrives at your agreed window, replaces the previous week’s arrangements, places fresh ones in the planned positions, and takes the old flowers for composting.
4. Monthly invoicing — NET 30 on a single consolidated invoice. No per-delivery paperwork.

• Mid-sized hand-tied or vase arrangement (30-40 stems)

Standard — from S$680 per delivery

• 2–3 arrangements (reception + main meeting room + executive floor)
• Scaled sizing per placement

Best for: Mid-sized offices (15–50 people), multi-floor offices, brand-conscious firms.

Premium — from S$1,200 per delivery

• 4–6 arrangements across placements
• Statement pieces for reception + boardroom
• Smaller arrangements for meeting rooms and communal spaces
• Full seasonal palette curation

Best for: Larger offices, client-facing spaces, flagship offices where florals are part of brand experience.

Bespoke — quote on request

For hotel, F&B, retail, and flagship workspaces where floral needs are more involved or scaled across multiple locations.

Cadence Options

• Weekly — freshest, most cohesive brand experience. Our most-chosen cadence for hospitality and flagship offices.
• Fortnightly — balance between fresh flowers and budget. Works well for most offices; we use longer-lasting flowers (orchids, chrysanthemums, hydrangea) on this cadence.
• Monthly — preserved and long-lasting tropical mixes. Good for offices that want floral presence without weekly disruption.

Minimum Term

All subscriptions are minimum 3 months. This lets us plan sourcing, amortise the initial site visit, and build the rotation rhythm. Month-to-month after the initial 3 months — pause or stop with 2 weeks’ notice.

Singapore Delivery

We deliver across mainland Singapore. Buildings with strict loading bay / vendor access protocols (CBD towers, MBS tenants, select Orchard Road addresses) — we know the drill and work within building management schedules.
