    How long do I have to wait for my blooms?

    We deliver Monday to Sundays from 9-6pm. We accept both same day orders and pre-orders!

    Is it going to be exactly the same as shown in the picture when delivered?

    Flowers are subject to seasonal availability. In the event that any of the flowers are unavailable, the florist will substitute with a similar flower in the same shape, style and colour. Stem count, packaging and container may vary.

  • How do I receive my blooms?

    Our amazing courier team will personally deliver your blooms to you everyday

    Is there a delivery cost?

    Not at all! Delivery is free for all customers. However, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timing but we will definitely deliver within your selected timeslots.

    What are the delivery timeslots?

    We have 3 timeslots everyday - 9-12pm, 12-3pm and 3-6pm. For pre and custom orders, you can place an order at your own convenience.

    Will I be issued a receipt?

    Your confirmation email serves as a receipt but if you do require an invoice, we can issue at your request.

  • I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

    Of course you can! Simply reach out to us either through an e-mail, call us at +65 3163 9387, chat with us using the chat window on the bottom right quoting your Order ID or you can simply reply to your order confirmation email. Our blooming customer service team would be more than happy to make those changes.

    I’ve made a mistake in my address/delivery timeslot/message/flower type, how do I go about making changes?

    Just drop us an email or give us a ring at +65 3163 1525 and quote us your order ID. Our happiness team will be more than happy to make those changes for you.

  • What are the payment methods?

    We accept credit card, bank transfer and paypal.

    How long does refunds take?

    It will take between 5-10 working days.

  • How do I keep my flowers fresh?

    Remove your flowers from the wrappers.
    Fill up your favorite vase with water.
    TTrim the stems.
    Remove excess leaves as leaves in water will decompose quickly and reduce the lifespan of the flowers.
    Keep flowers away from direct heat and place in a cool environment

    How fresh are the flowers?

    Very fresh. All of our bouquets are made to order and our florists handcraft each bouquet on the day of your delivery.

    How do I look after my flowers in vases?

    Change the water everyday and trim the stem and remove dead leaves.
