General
HerFlowers by Ohannas Atelier caters to weddings, corporate galas, product launches, hotel lobby installations, brand activations, private celebrations, and intimate gatherings across Singapore. We tailor every installation to your brief, brand story, and guest experience.
Sustainability is at the core of everything we create. We work foam-free wherever possible; when foam is required, we use biodegradable alternatives only. We use compostable wraps, source locally and regionally where the season allows, and offer post-event composting for larger installations. For corporate accounts, we produce quarterly sustainability reports for ESG disclosures.
For weddings and large corporate events, 6–9 months ahead is recommended (2–3 months for intimate events). For same-day orders — sympathy, grand opening stands, shop bouquets — we deliver if you order before 2pm SGT weekdays.
Yes. Custom floral storytelling aligned to your brand palette and narrative is part of our practice. Share your brand guidelines or mood references during enquiry and we build from there.
Fill in our contact form with your event or order details — date, venue, guest count, scope, and any mood references. We reply within 2 business days with a line-item proposal. For urgent or same-day orders, use the contact form and mark it urgent — we prioritise these.
Weddings
Typical ranges: intimate weddings (≤40 guests) from S$4,500; hotel ballroom weddings (100–150 guests) from S$12,000; flagship weddings (250+ guests) from S$25,000. Bridal bouquets alone range S$280–S$900. See our Wedding Flower Budget Guide for line-item pricing.
For peak-season weddings (Jan–Mar, Sep–Dec) book 6–9 months ahead. For intimate ceremonies and off-peak dates, 8–12 weeks is usually sufficient. We take a limited number of weddings per month to keep craft standards high — earlier is always better.
Yes — we have styled destination weddings in Bali, Phuket, and Penang. Destination work carries additional logistics and sourcing costs; enquire with your date and location for a tailored proposal.
Yes. Tea ceremony florals sit alongside Western ceremony florals in most Singapore weddings and we design for both traditions coherently, including appropriate lily-and-orchid palettes for traditional elements.
Corporate
Yes. Standard corporate accounts get NET 30 terms after the first engagement. Flagship recurring accounts can negotiate custom payment terms. We issue consolidated monthly invoices for standing accounts.
Yes — four tier-based templates (Standard S$75, Appreciation S$125, Executive S$200, Signature S$450+). HR teams can roll out quarterly gifting without new briefing each time. Templates are fully customisable within each tier.
Yes. We know the delivery protocols for major CBD towers, Marina Bay, One-North, ION Orchard, Paragon, Takashimaya, and all other significant office and retail addresses in Singapore.
Sympathy
Yes. For orders placed before 2pm SGT on weekdays (12pm Saturdays, 10:30am Sundays and public holidays), we deliver the same day across all of mainland Singapore, including Sentosa. For urgent orders, WhatsApp us for the fastest response.
Yes — we deliver to Singapore Casket, Trinity Casket, Mount Vernon, Direct Funeral Services, Mandai Columbarium, Choa Chu Kang Columbarium, and all other licensed funeral facilities in Singapore.
White flowers are the safest choice across Singaporean Chinese, Indian, and Western traditions — white chrysanthemums, lilies, roses, and orchids are widely accepted. For Muslim/Malay families, flowers are sent to the home after the burial rather than to the service itself. Our team advises on palette if you share the deceased's background.
Shop & Delivery
2pm SGT weekdays, 12pm Saturdays, 10:30am Sundays and public holidays. Orders after cut-off are delivered next available slot.
All of mainland Singapore including Sentosa. Standard delivery is S$15; free above S$150. Studio pickup at our Paya Lebar location is also available.
Yes — contact us at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery for free changes. Within 24 hours, changes may incur a restocking fee depending on flower sourcing.
Workshops
Yes — we run private sessions for hen parties, couples, small groups, and corporate team-building. Typical group size 4–12; we can scale up. Sessions are held at our Paya Lebar studio or at your venue.
