Full and half casket sprays in white rose, hydrangea, and eucalyptus. We consult with you briefly on the deceased’s tradition and the family’s preference before we finalise the design. Delivered directly to the parlour or crematorium on your chosen date.
Typical price range: S$450 – S$1,200.
Sympathy Bouquets for the Home

Hand-tied bouquets in muted whites, soft creams, and sage green — appropriate for sending to someone’s home as a gesture of condolence when attending the service isn’t possible. Presented in our signature kraft wrap with a hand-written card.
Typical price range: S$120 – S$280.
Home Arrangements

Arrangements in ceramic or glass vessels for placing on a side table, shelf, or mantel. These are appropriate when the bereaved has returned home after the service and the household is adjusting. Longer-lasting than hand-tied bouquets; no arrangement needed on their end.

Why Families Choose HerFlowers for Condolence Flowers
There are a number of florists in Singapore offering same-day condolence delivery. What makes HerFlowers different is the tone of the work.
We avoid mass-market aesthetics. Stock condolence arrangements from high-volume florists often feel impersonal — identical greenery, industrial wrap, generic ribbon. Our arrangements are designed to feel considered. Softer palettes. Thoughtful texture. The kind of bouquet that doesn’t shout.
We work sustainably. Foam-free mechanics (no polluting florist foam), compostable wraps, locally sourced flowers where possible. For an occasion that’s fundamentally about loss and reflection, the ethics of the gesture matter.
We handle logistics quietly. Funeral parlours have specific protocols about delivery timing and staging. We’ve delivered to every major SG funeral parlour and know the rhythms. You tell us the recipient and the location; we handle the rest.
Every card is hand-written. Not printed. If you’d like, send us the message and we’ll write it in ink on our stationery. If you’d prefer we recommend wording, we will.
Etiquette — A Brief Guide for Senders
Sending sympathy flowers is a gesture that varies with tradition. A few practical notes for Singapore senders:
What colour should condolence flowers be?
In most Singaporean Chinese, Indian, and Western traditions, white is the primary condolence colour — white chrysanthemums, lilies, roses, or orchids, often with green foliage accents. Yellow chrysanthemums are appropriate in some Chinese traditions. Avoid red (associated with celebration) and strong pink unless the family has indicated a celebratory or “celebration of life” theme.
For Malay/Muslim funerals, flowers are traditionally not sent to the service itself. A sympathy bouquet sent to the family’s home after the burial is more appropriate — our team can advise.
For Hindu services, white or lightly coloured flowers are welcome.
Wreath, casket spray, or bouquet — what do I send?
- Wreath: sent on a stand to the service (wake location, parlour). Displays the sender’s name publicly. Most common for colleagues, business contacts, and extended family.
- Casket spray: placed on or around the casket. Usually reserved for immediate family.
- Sympathy bouquet or home arrangement: sent to the bereaved’s home or a follow-up gathering. A quieter gesture, more personal. Good for close friends sending something after the service.
If you’re unsure, start with a sympathy bouquet to the home. It’s almost always appropriate.
When should condolence flowers arrive?
For wreaths and casket sprays — ideally the morning of the service, before guests arrive. We coordinate timing with the funeral parlour directly.
For bouquets and home arrangements — either during the days immediately following the passing, or in the 1–2 weeks after the service when the household is quieter and the gesture lands more fully. Both are meaningful.
What should the card say?
If you’re not sure, simple is always right. A few examples:
- “With our deepest sympathy. Thinking of you and your family. — [Name]”
- “Holding you in our thoughts during this difficult time. — [Name]”
- “With love and quiet support. — [Name]”
For corporate condolences, keep the message brief and the sender line clear: “With sincere condolences — The team at [Company]“.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you deliver condolence flowers same-day in Singapore?
Yes. For orders placed before 2pm SGT on weekdays (12pm Saturdays, 10:30am Sundays/public holidays), we deliver the same day across all of mainland Singapore, including Sentosa. Orders after cutoff are delivered next available slot.
How much do condolence flowers cost in Singapore?
Our sympathy arrangements range from S$120 (a hand-tied bouquet) to S$1,200 (a full casket spray). Standing funeral wreaths typically fall between S$280–S$680 depending on size and flower selection.
Do you deliver to funeral parlours and columbaria?
Yes — we deliver to Singapore Casket, Trinity Casket, Mount Vernon, Direct Funeral Services, Mandai Columbarium, Choa Chu Kang Columbarium, and all other licensed funeral facilities in Singapore. Specify the parlour and date on your order.
Can I send condolence flowers if I can’t attend the service?
Yes. A sympathy bouquet or home arrangement sent to the family’s residence is a thoughtful alternative when travel or timing prevents you from attending. This is also appropriate for sending in the weeks following a service.
What flowers are appropriate for condolence in Singapore?
White flowers are the safest choice across Singaporean Chinese, Indian, and Western traditions — white chrysanthemums, lilies, roses, and orchids are all widely accepted. Our team will advise on palette if you share the deceased’s background or the family’s preference.
Do you provide hand-written cards?
Every order includes a hand-written card on our stationery. You can send us the message when you order, or ask us to recommend appropriate wording.
