By ordering from HerFlowers by Ohannas Atelier, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern your purchase and receipt of products from our store at herflowers.sg.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by HerFlowers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment is taken at checkout; your order is confirmed upon successful payment.

Fresh Flowers

Fresh flowers are a live product. We guarantee freshness on arrival and will substitute any bloom that does not meet our quality standard with a comparable alternative.

Delivery

Delivery is available across mainland Singapore and Sentosa. Same-day delivery cutoffs: 2pm SGT weekdays, 12pm Saturdays, 10:30am Sundays/public holidays.
