InterContinental’s Bugis location means relatively accessible vendor logistics — central SG address with standard loading dock access. The Grand Ballroom’s ceiling height and pillarless configuration give installation flexibility. Heritage Wing spaces are narrower and require more careful furniture coordination.
We typically:
- Confirm install window 10-14 days pre-wedding
- Arrive 3-4 hours before ceremony
- Coordinate with the venue’s in-house Peranakan-artifact placement team — floral placement shouldn’t compete with heritage-display pieces
Investment Ranges
